ADULTS (Age 19 and up)
Initial visit (1 hr 30 min): $500
Follow-up visit (50 min): $400
CHILD and ADOLESCENT (Age 4-18)
Initial visit (1 hr 15 min): $450
Follow-up visit (50 min): $380
INFANTS and TODDLERS: (Age 0-3)
Initial visit (50 min): $400
Follow-up visit (30 min): $300
